We recommend you to rent a car, motorbike or atv, in order to explore all the beautiful beaches and Ios scenery. Feel free to enjoy your privacy with a great view.

It offers two outdoor dining areas: a private sea-view patio with barbecue and wood-fired oven and a pool area shared with another residence. The villa has its own private parking

Sea and Sun ll is a brand new Cycladic house with an amazing view to Mylopotas beach. It includes a double bed and a sofa/folded bed. The small villa is fully equipped. There is also access to a shared pool where you can enjoy by watching the sunset. It is only 900 meters away from Mylopotas beach (about 200m dirt road, car/ATV always recommend). If you are a big company you can book this house with 'Sea and Sun l' which is located in the same area. Excellent for 8-9 people.
