Garden studio with private access

A private guest house in a lovely garden, a quiet retreat outside the city centre of Edinburgh. The main living area comprises a double bed, dining area and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle). This is not a full kitchen and does not include a sink. Off the main living area is a WC/shower room. Private access and a dedicated parking space is through a secure gate in a quiet lane. The city centre is a very easy 15 minute bus ride away and there are a number of regular busses.

Ideally located on the Railway walk and cycle route 196 to Glenkinchie Distillery , Carberry, Penicuik and surrounding areas. Super comfortable beds with lovely bed linen, comfy sofa bed, en-suite shower room, fridge, kettle, crockery, table and chairs and covered seating area to enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather. All with BBQ/Fire pit.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Bramble Cottage offers couples peace and tranquility in a five star property with lots of luxurious touches. Whilst having a rural location within the heart of the East Lothian county there is easy access to villages and towns, beaches & countryside. Our location is unique – 15 mins direct train journey in to Edinburgh City Centre and then return to the peace and tranquillity of Bramble! Up to 2 well behaved dogs accepted. A car is recommended due to the semi-rural location.

The Woodland Cabin is set on the edge of a forest near the beautiful small village of Abbey St Bathans, just 1 hour south of Edinburgh. Come and relax in the woods with a book or grab your hiking boots or bikes and explore the surrounding countryside. We're a 20 minute drive from the coast which has stunning cliff top walks and beautiful little bays and fishing villages. Bothy in the city/ hot tub/ free on street parking

The Bothy a self contained tiny home suitable for 2 guests. It is situated in the garden of our family home. It is a studio style accommodation, one room, one bed with a private en-suite. Drylaw is a residential area that has excellent links to the airport and city centre. The distance to the airport is 5 miles, the city centre is 2.8 miles. The hot tub is a great place to unwind after a busy day exploring beautiful historic Edinburgh.

Magical memories have fun!

Excellent location amazing views. Central Heating for them cold nights bus every 15min into the most beautiful city in Scotland. Accommodation only play passes can be purchased online or on arrival if you wish. Mary 😀 Unfortunately my guests can’t buy play passes at Christmas and New Year Haven are not allowing it. I’m so sorry I’ve no control over this, hopefully they will resolve this next year.
