It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

Our 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

A beautifully converted spacious retreat, ideal for families, groups, or anyone looking for a comfortable base in the area. The ground floor features a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, plus a stylish wet room and utility room. A twin bedroom with two single beds is located downstairs, while the lounge’s sofa bed can sleep 2 children. A slim spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where a king-size bedroom overlooks the living space.

Guest annex in a quiet village close to Cambridge

Detached guest flat located in a quiet village 7 miles or 11 Km - 20 mins by car - from Cambridge city centre. Best suited for two adults on the comfortable double bed and up to two children on the bunk beds. It has an en-suite shower room as well as a mini fridge. We do not serve breakfast but coffee and tea and a few more essentials such as milk, bread, butter, jams orange juice and cereals are provided on arrival. The village is surrounded by open countryside.

Clock Cottage is a handsome Grade 2 listed detached brick and flint cottage in a desirable and sought after convenient location. The spacious accommodation is set within the grounds of Home Farm House, an important farmhouse dating back to the 17th Century. This Cambridge city garden studio is a stylish architect designed space attached to the rear of the owner's house. The Studio is very quiet and self contained with its own separate entrance. This fully furnished modern contemporary west facing space is sunny and warm, fully double glazed and overlooks the main house garden. We have fast WIFI (minimum 250mb) so work form here is no problem.
