Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). It is conveniently situated for a self-guided tour of the Hunter Valley vineyards including Pokolbin, Wollombi and Broke, or a comfortable stopover on your way north or south. It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. The Vineyards are 30 minutes drive away, Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive and Port Stephens 1 hour.

Welcome to our home near the lake, We are suited to short stays of 2nights minimum, we are looking for Longer Stay Guests of 21days or more. The pennisula has everything you need from Parks, Shops, Pub, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, takeaways,bakery, butcher etc. Our Home is suited to contract workers in the area, small families, couples, and the older generation. We don't allow large groups & parties in respect to our neighbours.

Studio 76 is a brand new modern studio located in a quiet street and great neighbourhood, in close proximity to shops and the train station. This self-contained single bedroom is compact with a beautifully appointed bedroom, bathroom, small kitchenette, washing machine and gorgeous outdoor setting to enjoy your morning tea and coffee. The studio is apart of a larger townhouse, but has a seperate entrance and is completely private.
