The Cottage is a delightful property in the heart of the Sussex countryside. Situated in the village of Ardingly the property is located in the centre of the village. Guests can use one bedroom and have exclusive use of the rest of the cottage which benefits from its own private garden and patio area. The cottage is 20 minutes from Gatwick and 10 minutes from Haywards Heath Railway Station. Local attractions include the South of England Showground, Wakehurst Place & The Bluebell Railway.

Nestled within the High Weald National Landscape, Coldharbour Farmhouse is a 17th C thatched cottage perfect for friends and family to gather, feast and relax. We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is a decking area around the cabin with a fire pit plus table and chairs for dining alfresco or just enjoy the fresh air. We are surrounded by fields located about 1 mile from the village and pubs. You can head out for a county walk right from the door step. Several National trust properties in the area. As of May 2025, we have extended the drive way to make parking easier. Guests have space for one car to park on the driveway.

A lovely bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off a private road making it virtually traffic free. Just a 5 minute stroll down the lane is the picturesque Hedgecourt Lake. East Grinstead railway station, with regular trains to London and home of the historic Bluebell Railway is less than 10 minutes away in the car or you can catch a bus there from the main road. The lovely Sussex coast is less than an hour by car or you can catch a train from nearby Three Bridges station.

Cosy bespoke cabin set on the edge of woodland. Nicely secluded without being completely off the beaten track. The ideal getaway for a romantic break, some country magic - nights by the fire and local woodland walks. Snuggle up with a blanket around the fire pit during the summer months, or relax inside by the wood-burner with a good book. WiFi is also available. However, please note that due to the location through the woods, access isn’t suitable for all age groups.
