Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

This is our ground floor two bedroom cottage. It has it's own separate entrance and parking for up to two cars. We are located in the centre of the village in a rural location, only 5 minutes from the local shop and 6 county pubs within 10 minute walk. Leamington Spa is 7 mls, Historic Warwick is 8 & Stratford on Avon 20 miles away. A private court yard with table and chairs for 6. Beautiful walks on the Canal and surrounding countryside. Many private golf course to play, who welcome guests.

One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or superking size; please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Bed settee for 3rd guest). Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. A short walk through our meadow, passing our miniature ponies, takes you to the orchard and veggie plot where you are invited to sample our seasonal fruits, herbs and vegetables. Embracing the outdoors but still providing modern luxuries and practical conveniences.

The Dairy

The Dairy is a delightful cosy ground floor annexe to our 17th Century Thatched Cottage. It has private access with its own outdoor south facing seating area and view of the orchard and garden. The Dairy consists of one double bed bedroom that sleeps 2 guests, shower room and separate lounge area with Wi-Fi, TV and Tea / coffee facilities. The bright lounge area also has access to the main house. The annexe has recently been tastefully refurbished as part of renovations to the main house
