The Arns Cottage has been beautifully converted from a traditional stone built stables into a cosy, luxurious retreat. Located within the gardens of the main house and accessible down a farm track, the cottage is surrounded by the stunning Perthshire Hills. It is in a perfectly central location for exploring Scotland - 15 mins from Perth and an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews, 2 miles from Auchterarder and only 4 miles from the world famous Gleneagles Hotel. Sorry no pets!

Sunnyhall Bothy is a newly refurbished one-bedroom gem located in the rolling countryside by the Sidlaw Hills. Originally built in 1874 and refurbished to a high standard, this charming cottage provides rural bliss for two people with a king-size master bedroom; large luxurious shower room; fully fitted kitchen; and the wood burning stove in the living room is just the place to relax after a long day out. This beautiful property is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility.

Dog friendly restaurants , cafes, pubs and art galleries all on our doorstep. Lovely long beaches in St Andrews and Elie only short drive away. Clatto Bothy is a recently refurbished, fully furnished semi-detached cottage less than five miles from St Andrews. The self catering accommodation consists of a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area and a large living space. There is one double bedroom and a large shower room. The cottage sleeps two and offers peaceful surroundings within easy reach of St Andrews. The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine and dishwasher. The Bothy has its own private parking area.
