Excellent views from our cheerful house by the sea

Our quaint, cosy house in Ferryden offers a wonderful holiday or short break experience for 2/3 people. The views from the house are stunning, ideally located just 15 steps from a small beach, or a short walk to the lighthouse. There's a village pub closeby, a good bus service and only a 20 -30 minute walk to Montrose where you'll find excellent restaurants and pubs, cinema, and a train station. There are so many things to do in the area including walking, fishing, photography, bird watching.

The Old Coach House Blairgowrie

The Old Coach House is in Rosemount, a quiet residential area in Blairgowrie. We are a 15 minute stroll from the clubhouse at Blairgowrie Golf Club and 2 miles from the centre of this attractive market town. With a large lounge, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, adjacent dining room, and a secluded garden, the house is ideal for relaxing and socialising with family and friends. Two of the double bedrooms are on the ground floor which is useful for people with restricted mobility.

My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard! Charming original features including stone spiral stairs, traditional Scottish timber clad walls, brick and pine flooring. All mod cons including wifi & smart TV. Quiet, peaceful and rural location. Pretty views.

At this unique and tranquil getaway, we suggest you try leaving your phone turned off during your visit so you can fully appreciate tranquility in the woods. Enjoy the slow life, destress and go for country walks and look out for Deer, Buzzards, Horses and Sheep. Wake to the wonderful sound of birds chirping away. The cottage is small and cozy with a wood burner. 1 toilet and shower. 2 double-bed bedrooms upstairs accessed by a spiral staircase. We also have good WiFi.

WaterSide is a spacious 3 bedroom house in Broughty Ferry by the beach with private parking, located by the river Tay next to the Lifeboat station with spectacular views of the river. The center of Broughty Ferry with all its amenities is a few minutes walk away as is Broughty Ferry Castle and sandy beach. The Fishermans Pub and the Ship Inn are a minutes walk from the house. It’s a great place to explore towns and villages around the East Neuk of Fife, Edinburgh, St Andrews, Gleneagles, Stirling and Glasgow. Its a great place to base yourself if you are planning to explore the Lowlands and Southern Highlands of Scotland.

The Annexe at Kirkmay Farmhouse, Crail.

The Annexe is a bright, two-bedroomed house attached to the main farmhouse. It is self-contained with it’s own parking and garden areas. The property has been completely re-wired, re-plumbed and re-decorated with new beds, kitchen and bathroom. This a convenient rental for guests attending an event in The Cow Shed at Sypsies Farm. We are roughly 300m away along the farm track.
