The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Little feathers… a beachy retreat

On the corner of beach road this charming annex designed in mind of my guests, it has an eclectic mix of taste from shabby chic to bohemian. Private parking, just 2/3 minutes walk to the beach . I aim to make you feel welcomed and cosy staying in my imperfectly perfect place to rest your head and feel yummy in this little haven. Hopefully I have thought of almost everything to keep you cosy, warm, entertained and relaxed for the less sunny beach days and super comfy in the sunnier ones.

Spacious Selfcontained rm+ensuite 1 min walk-BEACH

Lovely self-contained, light, airy and large (30m2) room just a 1 min walk from the beach. Own entrance, parking on driveway in front of front doors. A king size bed, sofa, basic kitchenette, dining table, en-suite bathroom (bath/shower) and a small private decked area. We welcome small & medium sized well behaved dogs. You can enjoy walking along the beach or join in the Goodwood fun. The room is part of the main family house &under bedrooms so noise from the family will be heard .

Quirky & cool with amazing views to Isle of Wight

Quirky coastal property situated on the beach at Bracklesham Bay. This coastal inspired apartment is light and airy with dramatic sea views across to the Isle of Wight. Close to Chichester harbour and the South Downs and world renowned Goodwood, whether you’re a kite boarder or car enthusiast, this location has it all. Plenty of local restaurants and shops and with great fish and chips on your doorstep, you won’t have to venture far for that seaside experience.

Detached spacious private annex - West Wittering

"Sundeck Studio" is a self-contained private hideaway - just a minute walk and you are at one of the best windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddling, swimming and surfing beaches on the South Coast. Our newly refurbished open plan living/bedroom/kitchenette area opens out to a south facing "sun trap" deck shaded by an olive tree. Whether you just want to enjoy the sea, do a few yoga stretches, jog or just unwind-our exclusive location is great all times of the year.

Shepherds Hut In a field. Brambles

You will be immersed in nature when you stay in this tranquil off grid field setting. This is comfortable camping. The Shepherds hut is set at the top end of our field and is secluded surrounded by blackberry hedges, grass land and some oak trees. Enjoy the outdoors then retreat to a cosy indoor space with a comfortable bed. Includes a basic field kitchen. There is a compost loo close by, plus a mains toilet and electric shower near the site entrance.

Late 18th Century cottage 250m from the sea

Built in the late 18th Century, Tamarisk Cottage was built as a 'two-up, two-down' home for farm workers and is one of only a few original cottages left in East Wittering. It was extended in the 1970s, completely renovated in late 2021 but it retains many original features. It is in the heart of the village in Shore Road with all the shops and cafes but only 250m from the beach. The modern extension leads out to the large, private sunny cottage garden.

Large private cabin close to beaches,Goodwood etc

A pretty cabin sitting in our private garden, light & airy but also cosy. There is a double bed, kitchen sink, ensuite shower room, Towels also included is a kettle, Microwave, toaster, mini fridge, iron & board, hair dryer, TV, Dab radio, air conditioning, floor standing fan, electric fire. And use of bikes (at users own risk) There are shops, bars & restaurants up in the village.We also supply milk tea sugar coffee on arrival

1 min walk to beach, sunny, south-facing studio

Our guest annexe is a 1 minute walk to the beach at Bracklesham Bay. With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Seaside cabin, near the beach and Goodwood

SLEEPS : 2 Adults and 2 Children (under 12) The cabin is open-plan with kitchen/sleeping/dining with small shower and WC ( paper in pot, please, as per Spanish toilet) A double bed and 2 single mattresses on the mezzanine floor for children under 12 and a Travel Cot. Please note, the children’s beds are 5’ 8” in length. Gas hob /small fridge, outside seating/BBQ area in private garden. Parking for one car.

The Annex

The Annex is located in the village of Birdham, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, and is a fantastic base from which to explore the local area and all it has to offer. There is something for everyone with beautiful beaches, woodland walks, Goodwood Race Course and the historic city of Chichester all just a short distance away.
