There is a Japanese style Tatami room in the back facing the garden. The basement has a flat HD TV room, a large sofa and laundry room. Guests will have their own bathroom and kitchen. The host will be present in the same townhouse building upstairs. A few minutes to B,D,2,3 subway stations. No kids/No pets

THE SUBWAY IS A 10-MINUTE WALK AWAY (2 AND 5 TRAINS AT NEWKIRK). MANHATTAN (WALL ST) IS ~45 MINUTES AWAY BY SUBWAY. To comply with NYC hosting laws the host will be present. This listing is for the two upstairs floors of our townhouse and host stays downstairs.

In an 1898 Brownstone, these bedrooms are located on third floor of our family home You will enjoy private rooms - private bathroom and kitchen amenities A large bedroom and a smaller one attached to it by a door. Although you will share the entryway where we leave our shoes as well as the stairway, the suite provides total privacy on the third floor with access to a sitting room.
