Self contained listed barn with outstanding views

Beautiful quiet Grade II listed Barn with outstanding views in the South Downs National Park. There is one bedroom, and a large antique single bed in the living area. Fibre internet. A 2 mile walk to Jane Austen's house in Chawton and close to Grange Opera, Gilbert White Museum in Selborne, NT Hinton Ampner, and market towns of Farnham, Alresford, Petersfield and Winchester. There is wonderful walking, and easy access to the coast, and for children is close to the Watercress Train line.

Sleeping up to 9 guests, Barn House has a huge modern open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with amazing views over the peaceful Hampshire countryside. This is a great house to gather with your family and friends and children and enjoy the peace and quiet. There are four other properties at our smallholding (a 3-5 minute walk from Barn House) which are also available through Airbnb.

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc

A beautifully converted Cowshed in a rustic style with luxurious Super King bed in a studio suite with added double bunk room for up to four extra guests. Studio has a galley kitchen with hob and oven for basic cooking. Well fitted bathroom facilities including powerful shower and roll top bath and underfloor heating. Beautiful barn space in the heart of the Hampshire countryside situated on the edge of a village. On the first floor there is a UK Superking bed which can be split into twin beds at £15 extra cost, a table for two people and shower room. Breakfast items such as fruit, yoghurt, bread for toast, jams, honey, marmite are provided along with tea and 'real' coffee. ** Although there is a small kitchenette, there are no cooking facilities for hot food preparation **
