The Stables - Tunstead Cottages Enjoy the peace of the Norfolk countryside. Our rural, dog friendly cottage on the outskirts of Tunstead. Close to the Norfolk Broads and the coast, yet only 30 minutes from the city of Norwich. The Stables is on an old farm on the outskirts of Tunstead village. In a peaceful part of rural Norfolk with views of the big Norfolk skies, farmland and fruit fields. Cottages have a pool but its on private hire and booking is separate also has a shared games room.

Stunning Beech Place @ Oak Farm Holiday Lets (follow on fb/insta=oakfarmhl) is a newly renovated piggery. A double glazed 2 bedroom family owned cottage providing high quality contemporary accommodation. Situated close to the coast, and directly on the Norfolk Broads, Wroxham 8 mins, Norwich 25 mins, the property is ideally situated for great walks, cycling and day boating. Beech Place is next to Willow Place (sleeps 4) and Acorn Place (sleeps 6) each with a private patio, garden and parking.

West Cottage is on a quiet village street in Lessingham, less than two miles from Norfolk's coast and five miles from the Broads. With off-street parking, a large garden, and views from both bedrooms to Happisburgh lighthouse, it's an idyllic spot for a tranquil holiday. Downstairs, a cosy sitting room with fireplace and dining area leads to a well-equipped kitchen, beyond which is a bathroom with over-bath shower. Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the smaller a 4ft bed.

Downstairs - large living room (seaview) with dining table and tv, second living room with corner sofa and tv, fully equipped kitchen/diner/utility (seaview) with Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Toilet. Downstairs bunk bedroom. Upstairs two double bedrooms and one twin all en-suite (two bedrooms with seaview). Large garden on cliff with beautiful seaview.

Green Dragon Cottage is set in a quiet backroad just North of Diss (10 minutes), sitting at the gateway to the picturesque Waveney Valley. The cottage sleeps up to five guests and is created from former stables and blacksmiths forge. The conversion retains many historic features including wooden beams and pamment tiles, yet with modern amenities including WiFi and underfloor heated bathroom. The cottage has a private entrance, parking and is ideal for families, sat in our peaceful 3.5 acres.

Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Marsh Cottage is a rustic and secluded little house overlooking the RSPB marshes bordering the River Yare and is in the perfect location for those wanting to relax and unwind whatever the season. A recently refurbished cosy family hideaway with own kitchen and living area. 3 comfortable bedrooms available, one with an en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom and shower. This comfortable cottage is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children and 2 well behaved dogs.. There is a private garden terrace with a BBQ. The beach is a 15 minute walk away and the beautiful Norfolk Broads are close by. A welcome breakfast basket included in the price. Two local pubs are within a 5 min drive.
