The Office - self contained studio in Framlingham

We’ve converted our home office and ex-teenage den into an airy, spacious studio (48sqm) providing contemporary living, sleeping and even working space in a self-contained outbuilding in the garden of our cottage. A peaceful rural location overlooking the market town of Framlingham, the Office is a 15 minute walk (3 mins drive) into the town, with its castle, church, pubs, cafes, boutiques and twice weekly market. It is an ideal base for visiting Framlingham and the Suffolk coast 25mins away.

Hidden in the Suffolk countryside, yet close to Southwold, Walberswick and Dunwich beaches all a 10 minute drive away. Large open plan cabin sleeping 2, comfortably furnished, secluded private garden with sun deck, surrounded by mature trees. Henham Barns wedding venue 3 miles away and Thorington outside theatre within walking distance, nature reserve and marsh a 2 minute walk, ideal for wildlife and bird watching. Two pubs nearby. Within the catchment area for Sizewell - 20 minutes by car.

The Wash House Studio is secluded in the heart of Orford close to the local shops and restaurants and Pump Street Bakery. We also have off street parking. It's a stylishly converted, self contained double studio with en suite and amazing views to the water from our meadow across to the river Ore. You can use the Shepherd's Hut too! Our breakfast is with local products - bread, our garden fruit, pastries, juice, yoghurt and preserves plus coffee and tea. This is delivered to your door.

Wood-fired pizza oven & firepit. Emma king bed, shower & kitchen inside the hut, heated floor, washer + dryer.

Waterpump Annex, adult only, attached to our cottage, down a track surrounded by fields. £60 early check in/out option. Outdoor space, parking & sunset views, 1 upstairs double bedroom/living space, 1 upstairs twin room, downstairs kitchenette & shower room. Peaceful with footpaths, cycle routes & bus service to Framlingham & local villages. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Once the site office for the builders of this row of Victorian town houses, this is now a delightful and characterful holiday home. We offer a beautifully decorated sitting and dining area, comfortable bed and a compact modern shower room. You will have fast broadband, tv with Sky/Netflix. Microwave, kettle & toaster, bread & cereal to make breakfast. You have your own entrance and can sit in our garden where you may be joined by our pets.

Tucked away in the village of Bedfield, ‘Little Daisy’ offers a relaxed, tranquil setting in the heart of Suffolk. Within easy reach of historic Framlingham and further east, Aldeburgh and Southwold; an ideal base to explore Suffolk. Perfect for weddings at Easton Grange, Tannington Hall, Bruisyard Hall, Crowfield Hall, Little Daisy is a small, private, ground floor space equipped with everything you need. King size bed, walk-in shower, kitchenette, easy parking, private courtyard.

The Carter's Loft

Situated deep in the Suffolk countryside, The Carter's Loft is a beautifully presented studio bursting with charm. The popular local pub (White Horse) offers good food and local beer. There are numerous footpaths on the doorstep, a community cafe selling homemade cakes and refreshments (open 10.30 - 12.30 Wed - Thurs, occasional Sundays and some super evening events) plus our local vineyard. We are close to historic Framlingham and within easy reach of the heritage coast.

Charming cottage in idyllic setting

The Cottage is at the end of a pretty tree-lined drive set in the 12 acre grounds of Street Farm. It is a beautiful setting with water meadow and streams, surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The cottage is detached and well away from the farmhouse making it a wonderfully peaceful and secluded place to relax. There are many footpaths to explore straight from the Cottage, with both the River Deben and Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve in easy walking distance.

A night at the museum.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Little Barn

Self contained Grade II listed barn conversion in the heart of the beautiful village of Brockdish which lies on the Norfolk/Suffolk border.. Little Barn is a grade II clay lump building, a traditional building method in Norfolk in the 19th century. It has recently been converted to offer generous, well appointed, en-suite accommodation for visitors to South Norfolk.

Bee Flat is located in the rural village of Sweffling, between Framlingham & Saxmundham, within easy access to the seaside at Aldeburgh, Dunwich & Southwold. This comfortable first floor flat overlooks the church. A welcome breakfast pack is provided for you to prepare. It contains tea/coffee, milk, biscuits, bread, butter, marmalade/jam, eggs, bacon & tomatoes.
