It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. There are 2 small sheltered back gardens with seating separated by an old washhouse/WC/kitchenette. Perfect for preparing an alfresco lunch, BBQ or afternoon tea in the garden! There is also an outdoor shower.
