Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Located on Eastbourne's attractive seafront, with stunning views over the iconic pier, this two bedroom flat is ideal for a seaside break for families or friends. Pubs, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours and the town centre shops are within an easy stroll - as are Eastbourne's theatres, multiscreen Cineworld and Towner Art Gallery. Pier Reflections has one superking-size bedroom, and a single bedroom with an extra trundle bed that can be set up - sleeping up to four in total.

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Just yards from Devonshire park tennis and theatre, and even closer to the seafront, the iconic South Downs are just at the end of the road, perfect for the end of the South Downs Way. If you are lucky and stay in the winter you might be to see the murmerating Starlings down at the pier at dusk. Whatever your reason for visiting Eastbourne, it's worth the trip, 90mins on the train and well connected once you arrive.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
