Close to Hampton Court our bright, airy self- contained modern garden annex is located 80 feet from our house with its own access & private, secluded garden Sleeps maximum of 4 (one double bed and a small double sofa bed.) There is also a mezzanine floor with single mattress accessed via a wooden ladder- suitable for an adventurous child but at your own risk!! Modern bathroom, We also provide a microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster, plus milk, tea and coffee. Plenty of on street parking available

Lynwood Studio Apartment

Lynwood Studio is a cosy, self contained studio apartment attached to the main house. It was originally a garage which has now been converted. The studio is a 10-minute walk away from Hinchley Wood Village. This includes Hinchley Wood train station where the journey to London Waterloo takes just 30 minutes. The K3 bus stop is a 5-minute walking distance from the studio, taking you directly into Kinston Upon Thames, Surbiton, Claygate and Esher. We are also a 10 minute drive to Hampton Court.

Hampton Court Lodge

Our beautiful, two storey apartment is spacious, modern and light. Only 2 mins walk from the river and its riverside cafes. Featuring large master bedroom with bathroom ensuite, dining for up to 4, kitchen and lounge area with views of the meadow. 8 mins river walk to Hampton Court Station (19 mins to Wimbledon,35 mins Waterloo) and Hampton Court Village on Bridge Road with its fantastic antique shops and eateries on Bridge Road. Hampton Court Palace and Royal Bushy Park are 10-15 mins walk.

Studio, own access, self contained.

The room has it's own entrance door. It has a double Queen size bed, shower room and kitchen area (tea, coffee, cereal etc supplied) with fridge, microwave and single induction hob. There is a sofa, TV & table with two chairs. Our home is about a 15 minute walk to Claygate station. Trains direct to London Waterloo (35 mins) and Guildford. Claygate has local shops and a CoOp, several pubs and restaurants and we are close to a bus stop with a frequent bus service to Kingston for major shops.

Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

We are a 10 minute walk from the local theme park Chessington World of Adventures so perfect for a weekend away with the kids! We have a local pub The Shy Horse just a 10 minute walk away perfect for a meal with the kids or a quiet drink in front of the log fire. Grace Cottage is an annex on the side of our home. Access is via a locked side gate and then you will need to cross the main house patio area to get to the separate entrance to the flat. It is set up with the bedroom and living area being in one space, with a mezzanine floor where a single mattress is situated. There is a fully kitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Shower room with basin, toilet and shower.
