Close to Epsom Racecourse, Ewell Village and Cheam Village with plenty of good pubs, shops and restaurants. It has a King size bed, fully equipped kitchen with double oven and dishwasher.

Welcome to our peaceful, detached annex offering flexibility, comfort and outdoor space. International guests will find us conveniently situated within 30mins drive of London Gatwick and Heathrow Airports (traffic permitting) and 40mins by train into central London. Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

Mare's Nest

Restful one bedroom retreat in the beautiful Surrey Hills ANOB. Renovated to the highest standard. Easy access for walkers and cyclists or those just wanting to get away from it all. With your own off road parking and outside space. Access to extensive network of footpaths, bridle paths and cycling routes on the doorstep. The property is tucked away in a quite road and has a modern garden with a beautiful mature cherry tree.

This quiet studio is a 15 minute walk from Ewell West train station for a 35 minute direct train to Waterloo.
