Our beautiful and secluded countryside retreat at the start of the Brecon Beacons is perfect for those looking to escape from the city for few days, or use as a base to hike the Brecon Beacons. The loft apartment has fantastic views of Skirrid and the Black Mountains, alongside it's modern and comfortable interior, with plentiful hiking and countryside exploration on your doorstep. Feel at peace hearing just the birds and farm animals as you sip your morning coffee, then head out and explore!

Beautiful cottage with magnificent views

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene beautiful space. Yarlington Dairy is located at Ty Gwyn Cider, nestled between the Wye Valley and the Black Mountains. Renovated to a high spec, with a slipper bath in the bedroom. You will find everything you need for a relaxing, self catering break. Views out towards the Monnow Valley, Skirrid, Sugar Loaf and Black Mountains. Plenty of things to do, see and visit in the area. Dog friendly (two pooches) and has a wood fired hot tub to star gaze.

A totally peaceful magical place.

Set in the beautiful rural Herefordshire countryside, next to the Welsh borders, The Garden Cottage is approached over private tracks. (These are well maintained but please drive slowly). The cottage overlooks beautiful scenic farmland. Come and relax. The only sounds you hear are farm animals and bird song. The Garden Cottage is up on Ewyas Harold common, surrounded by its own land and the butterfly conservation fields. It is about half a mile away from the popular village of Ewyas Harold.

Secluded Hut on the Welsh Border

Kingfisher Camp is a romantic hideaway set in the dimple of a hillside of a small farm in the foothills of the Black Mountains. The hut is available for anyone who is content to cuddle up by candlelight and light the woodburning stove to get cosy, or spend a night out by the fire, cooking food and star gazing. The setting is gorgeous, the views are stunning, the hut is much bigger than a shepherds hut, and the shower is a glorious experience! It's pretty special here. Hard to beat we think!

Dulas Valley Shepherds Hut + hot tub with views

Our cosy, beautifully fitted Shepherd's Hut with its own wood-fired hot tub is perfect for a romantic rural getaway. Nestled on the fringes of mature woodland on a small working farm, the hut is secluded with open views over the breathtaking Dulas Valley in rural Herefordshire. Relax in the private outside area, with charcoal barbeque, hammock and fire pit, and explore local walks, pubs, market towns and historical sites. Dogs are welcome. The Nest At Walnut Tree Farm

Relax and enjoy a stay on a smallholding in Herefordshire. The guest suite, including shower room is on the first floor, with own entrance and stairs. On the landing is a small area with facilities to make your own breakfast, including microwave and three quarter size fridge. Guests have use of a small patio area at front. Off road parking. Hosts live in the main house. The accommodation is on the edge of a village so no street lighting. Village shop and local pub in walking distance.

The Steps is a beautiful 16th century cottage located in Grosmont, a quiet village on the edge of the Brecon Beacons. Perfect for a rural getaway where you can immerse yourself in the stunning surroundings, with wonderful walks available from straight out of the front door including the Three Castles walk (linking the three Norman castles of Grosmont, Skenfrith and White Castle). Food lovers will enjoy the excellent choice of nearby pubs, restaurants and local producers.

Welcome to The Potting Shed! A cosy couples retreat, renovated to a very high standard, with many funky features and fantastic attention to detail. Just a stroll away from our friendly, foodie village pub, right on Offa’s Dyke path. It’s a special place, nestled in its own little corner of my garden, with an emphasis on luxury and lovely things. Transformed from my everyday potting shed, it’s now a spacious, warm and welcoming hideaway for two which I’m very proud of.

We are situated in a unique position overlooking Dore Abbey within the Golden Valley. The pod is furnished to make it light and airy with all mod cons including TV, wifi, DAB radio, a modern kitchen and shower room. Although it is modern it has a country/Scandi feel and offers guests uninterrupted views out to open countryside and the 12th Century Abbey. There is a private patio which is perfect for enjoying a coffee and taking in the Abbey and surrounding farmland.

Escape back to nature and wake up to stunning sunrises in our idyllic, custom-built shepherd’s hut. Nestled on the hillside of a beautiful Welsh farm, the hut boasts countryside views in all directions with an outlook across the Welsh border lands and the Skirrid mountain. Fully-equipped with a cosy wood stove and floor to ceiling glass doors our hut is a magical place to sit back, unwind and take in the breath-taking surroundings.

The studio is an oh so cute and cosy barn conversion with stunning views of the Golden Valley. Perfect for a weekend getaway for two or a few days of quiet meditation for one. It has a bathroom, kitchenette and bbq, shops and pubs are a ten minute drive. Wonderful local walks and hiking in the Black Mountains just fifteen minutes away - swimming spots, pony trekking or canoeing on the Wye are just some of the activities in the area.
