Απέχει μόλις 1 χλμ από την παραλία Περούλια, με εύκολη πρόσβαση στις γύρω παραλίες. Φιλοξενεί 2 ενήλικες και 1-2 παιδιά και βρίσκεται σε αγροτική περιοχή με ελαιώνες. Η βεράντα δίπλα στην πισίνα, με θέα στους απέραντους ελαιώνες, είναι ιδανική για γεύμα ή ποτό.
