Welcome to the INDIGO room. This historic INN boasts 5 charming rooms with exterior access at the heart of the market and stables. Please click our bio photo to view all rooms, rates & reviews. You will enjoy a King bed, private bath, wifi, TV, mini fridge, a Fireplace in cooler months, and a complimentary breakfast bar. INDIGO is located on the second floor, you will need to climb stairs. We do not offer onsite parking but convenient parking lots are all within 1-2 blocks. $20-30 per night.

1,200 square foot Flat - Jasmine House

The Proprietor's Flat in the Main House has one, king-size bed and private bath with a tub/shower combination. Tastefully decorated with 18th century furniture, the private and luxurious flat also boasts a separate living room, dining room and kitchen in addition to beautiful hardwood floors. Amenities include hair dryer, iron/board, television, refrigerator, safe and high-speed internet access. These living quarters are the largest in the Jasmine House, totaling 1,200 sq. ft.

Folliday Inn- The Falls River: Room 14

Room 14-The Falls Flyer. This ground floor room has a private entry & is furnished w/a king bed, mini fridge, microwave, smart TV, WIFI, & dining table for 2. Private bathroom is outfitted w/a tub & shower. Swim in the largest pool on Folly Beach. Beach access is only 1 block away. Ideal for a romantic weekend! Must be 21 years+. 1 parking pass provided. NO smoking. 1 dog allowed w/an additional $125 + tax fee. Occupancy cannot exceed 2 guests.

The Studio room with a Deck is a studio room with a living area, kitchenette, and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. This room is on the third floor. Dog friendly with a one-time fee of $125 per dog. Fee is added once your reservation is confirmed. PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS ROOM IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE
