Close to Northwell hospital and 20 mins by foot to LIRR train station. 10 minutes driving to all supermarkets, shops, library and Stepping Stone Park. Host is highly allergic to cats and dogs. Space is updated and cozy. 5 min drive to cross island pkwy, and new UBS arena. Approx 20 min drive from jfk airport and 25 min from LaGuardia airport. Public transportation (bus) around the corner (about 20-25 minutes ride to/from subway and about 30 minutes on subway into the city). Approx travel into the city via public transport is about an hour and via car, about 30 min (no traffic). There’s free street parking at all times. Close to local shops and restaurants. WiFi, and cable incl.

This three-bedroom townhouse apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Well suited for people who are looking for an affordable location to see the sights. Street parking is available. If you want to use my parking space in front of the apartment, $20.00 per night. Note that the host lives in the building with a separate entrance. While I share the house with you, you will have your own private space during your stay. Note that there is no 'living room' in the apartment.
