Little Dial, in the heart of rural Norfolk

Welcome to Little Dial, privately set behind a former village pub in a rural community. Little dial is a converted stable block off of the main house now offering an ideal base for exploring all that Norfolk has to offer. You will benefit from the use of a private patio from the bedroom with views of the garden. Due to the nature of the property Little Dial is not a good fit for infants or children. Please note, there are two small steps down to the bedroom and two steps down to the patio.

Grade II listed Country Cottage

Well Cottage is a luxurious Grade II listed Norfolk brick and flint house with beautiful oak beams, pamment floors and warming wood burning stoves in the sitting room and dining rooms. The kitchen is large and superbly equipped. The house is ideally suited for holidays for one or two families. It has four bedrooms - two with en-suite showers - and a family bathroom on the first floor for parents and young adults, and two bedrooms and a bathroom in the attic for up to four younger children.

The Stockman's Cottage, a stunning two-bed detached cottage with Inglenook fireplace and oak beams located and situated close to Burnham Market, Blakeney, Holt, Wells Next-the-Sea, Norwich and the stunning North Norfolk coast, Ideal for families or as a romantic getaway and previously featured in Country Living Magazine. Minimum 3 nights low and mid season. Full week stays only peak weeks. Rates vary for length of stay/season so please do ask. Maximum of 4 persons (incl infants) and one dog.

Just a short walk from the the village store. Telford Cottage is ideally situated for exploring rural and coastal Norfolk.Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. One small dog welcome, but not on the furniture or beds. The patio garden is not fenced off. Parking is on Twyford Lane, behind the cottage, not on the courtyard.

Lily's Cottage

Fully modernised with new kitchen/dining room, lounge and bathroom downstairs, with two bedrooms upstairs (main bedroom leading off bedroom at top of stairs - no door at top of stairs into small bedroom). Older cottage type so steep narrow stairs and low doorways. Suitable for couple or with one child. Free car park across the road. 30 minutes drive to north Norfolk coast, local to National Trust houses and lots of walking trails.

Lyng is situated in the Wensum Valley close to a host of amenities riding stables,golf, fishing, the coast is within easy reach as is Norwich Dereham and Fakenham.
