Secluded houses with private beach

Two little houses with a terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and Samiopoula island. The main house accommodates 2 in a separate bedroom and one child up to 12 years old in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a bidet. The smaller house accommodates three people in one space. It has a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. An impressive stone staircase leads to the waterfront. The complex is accessible only with a 4x4 Jeep. Closest village 20’ away.

Ο χώρος βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Ευδήλου της Ικαρίας, πάνω στον δρόμο που οδηγεί στον λιμενοβραχίονα του Ευδήλου 350 μ. από το σημείο που προσεγγίζει το πλοίο της γραμμής. Η θέση του προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα, και υποδέχεται τις πρώτες ακτίνες της Ανατολής του ήλιου καθιστώντας τον πολύ φωτεινό μέχρι τις πρώτες απογευματινές ώρες. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο δημοτικό parking και στην μαρίνα του λιμανιού. Απέναντι ακριβώς από την είσοδο του χώρου υπάρχει μικρή παραλία που χωρίζεται από τον δρόμο.

The traditional colourful house is located over a cliff, which provides it with an excellent seaview. The surrounding green garden is commoned with two other houses. Getting down the cliff through our stairs will get you in the main sandy beach of Votsalakia village. So you could be swimming in two minutes, after your wake up. Very close to us is the down town of Votsalakia village(0.7km). Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km.

Η φιλοξενία μας ξεκινάει κατά την άφιξη σας στο λιμάνι, όπου θα βρισκόμαστε για να σας καλωσορίσουμε και να σας συνοδεύσουμε στα δωμάτια σας. Τα δωμάτια μας βρίσκονται σε μία ήσυχη τοποθεσία μόλις 700μ. από το λιμάνι της Σκάλας. Επίσης θα θέλαμε να γνωρίζετε πως η πλησιέστερη παραλία απέχει μόνο 300μ. ενώ στα 30μ υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου για την ευκολότερη μετακίνηση σας.

Traditional windmill

The windmill is an independent house. It consists of two floors. On the first floor is the living room with kitchen and bathroom. On the second floor is the bedroom. It 's about 1,5 km from the town of Fournoi Korseon, about 10 minutes walk. Also at a distance of 1 Km is the beautiful beach of Kambi. It has a road to the house that you can reach by car.
