A 5 minute walk to the train for day trips to Salem, Gloucester, and Boston!

Take it easy at this serene and tranquil getaway just two miles from downtown Durham. Prepare a scrumptious meal over the charcoal or gas-fired bbq or in the wood-fired pizza oven. Note: Outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and plunge pool closed November to April. This historic Victorian residence, is today host to this seaside studio lounge. Once inside, you’ll fall captive to the seascape off Independence Park.
