The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

The Garage is self contained with a double sofa bed downstairs and a single bed and 4’ bed upstairs. Access is via a porch which also leads to our home.There’s a small shower room with a great shower. In the kitchen area, a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. TV, DVD and wifi. We welcome well behaved dogs. The stairs are Space saving so unsuitable for dogs, very young children or elderly people.

Flat 1 at The Creamery, is situated on the ground floor along with 3 other flats which are avalible at The Creamery, Its very close to Stoke Road , we have a selection of takeaways and Restaurants in walking distance, an approx walk of 15 mins to the Gosport Ferry, followed by a short ferry crossing will take you to Gunwharf Shopping outlet , restaurants and a Cinema.
