The Barn is a cosy, detached property set in a rural location on the edge of a village. It is conveniently located for exploring Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cotswolds, Ragley Hall. It is surrounded by farmland with access to many beautiful footpaths. The Barn comprises of a kitchen and lounge/diner downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a shower room upstairs. There is private parking for 2 cars. Outside there is a patio area next to The Barn and a secluded patio at the bottom a large mature garden.

A two bedroom barn with views overlooking the field that the barn is named after. The barn includes a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There are two large bedrooms with super king beds that can be turned into singles upon request. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other is positioned next to the main bathroom which includes a rain shower and free standing bath. We are situated within a stone throw of the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

A rural retreat in England's heartland, perfectly located for exploring Shakespeare Country, Stratford and Warwick, The Annexe is a bright and cosy self-contained ground-floor studio. Inside you'll find tasteful furnishings, a king-sized bed, modern shower room, heat-and-eat kitchen and French windows to a peaceful seating area. Outside, there's miles of countryside walks and cycle rides. A short drive away are historic houses, Tudor towns, and the bright lights of cosmopolitan Birmingham.

Annex with countryside views

Escape to the countryside in our cosy two bedroomed fully contained annex. Wonderful views and countryside walks in our 23 acre plot with 8 acres of ancient woodland to explore. To the rear of the property, windows overlook the paddock where our resident donkeys live. The annex is fully insulated and heated throughout by individually controlled heating so you will be warm and comfortable all year round. Young children must be kept under close supervision as the property is not child safe.

This comfortable, spacious Summer House, nestled in a lush garden and entirely separate to the main property, provides the perfect base for visiting Warwickshire's attractions. We are just 6 miles from Stratford Upon Avon and the RSC, 3 miles from the Roman town of Alcester, 2 miles from Ragley Hall and the stunning Cotswolds are within easy reach. The property has a living room , bedroom with super king size bed, large bathroom with double shower and a kitchen area with everything you need for a short stay, such as toaster, fridge, kettle, microwave grill oven and Dolce Gusto coffee machine however there is no hob! There are lots of amazing restaurants in Henley in Arden to enjoy.
