Fernwood view, A small cosy Retreat

Our cosy 2 bedroom converted unit situated in the garden of our family home is ideal for friends/family to get away for a few nights in the south downs national park, the accommodation is great for 4 but is very cosy if booked for 5 or 6 adults and can feel tight on space if you are not using as a base to sleep. We are on the outskirts of Haslemere town 1.5 miles on the Surrey/ West Sussex boarder. We have Cowdry polo & Golf 5 miles away. Goodwood Horse and motor race courses 12-15 miles away

The Corner House Guest House - stunning location!

The Guest House is spacious, comfortable and has loads of amenities. It is the perfect place to have a break and unwind. Enjoy being in the heart of the stunning Surrey countryside and walk around the lakes, forests, heathlands and hills right on your doorstep. You are surrounded by The Flashes, Frensham Common and Hankley Common which are simply beautiful. You can swim at Frensham Great Pond, bring the bikes, walk the dog/s, explore the local area and the excellent pubs. Just relax and enjoy!

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

The Old School House Liphook - hot tub & tennis ct

The Old School House is a traditional and cosy one bedroom detached cottage in the grounds of our home on the western edge of Liphook village in Hampshire. Easy car access, just off the A3 and south of the Hindhead tunnel. The village has a train station. Situated in the South Downs National Park and ideally located for the market towns of Haslemere, Farnham, Petersfield and Alton, it is only 25 minutes from Goodwood. Great countryside and lots on offer locally for holiday or break.

A beautifully converted Cowshed in a rustic style with luxurious Super King bed in a studio suite with added double bunk room for up to four extra guests. Studio has a galley kitchen with hob and oven for basic cooking. Well fitted bathroom facilities including powerful shower and roll top bath and underfloor heating. Nestled between two treasures of the National Trust, the Devil's Punchbowl and Golden Valley (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), this quirky cabin is the perfect place to get out in nature—or to simply relax in a cosy cottage garden and soak in the wood-fired hot-tub. The owner's passions for gardening and woodwork are on full display in the hand-built, self-contained studio retreat. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Claremont Coach House - very private

Coach House You can enjoy our Coach House all to yourselves as it has its own courtyard garden/parking spaces and entrance, so you'll have complete privacy. This self-contained, comfy and cosy space has a brand new kitchen, bathroom and living room. It is nestled in one of the most beautiful wooded parts of Surrey. A country pub, restaurant/bar, Frensham Little Pond and Hankley Golf Club are moments away.

Hampshire Cabin

Our cosy guest cabin is ideally situated near the villages of Grayshott, Churt and several wedding venues. The cabin remains a great base for exploring and is just an hours drive from South West London, Portsmouth and Winchester.

The Treehouse at Barrow Hill Barns

Sitting within a historic woodland, this secluded retreat has all the creature comforts of home whilst being immersed in nature on Barrow Hill Farm. The Treehouse’s bespoke design allows you to open one side of the lodge to welcome in the sights, sounds and smells of the bluebell wood that surrounds it. The roll top bath is perfect for romantic bathing, with the doors open or shut.
