Shepherd's Hut Retreat

Nestled by our lake our shepherd's hut offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This quaint retreat features a comfortable bed, a small seating area, kitchen, toilet & shower also a wood burner that keeps the space toasty at night. Outside, a wood-fired hot tub awaits, offering a relaxing soak with stunning views of nature. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat, our Shepherd's Hut provides an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Furlongs Lodge - newly renovated studio with sauna

Furlongs Lodge is a beautiful newly refurbished wooden clad studio sleeping two, located in the heart of the North Norfolk coast between Blakeney and Wiveton. The lodge has a period charm throughout with traditional features and sun trap tree lined garden amounting to ½ acre. Modern amenities include fully equipped kitchen with oven, King size bed, en suite bathroom with walk in shower, BBQ, Sauna, wood burning stove and dedicated parking.

Basils Barn is located in the heart of North Elmham, behind the popular Elmham Tea Post Cafe. This recently renovated property gives travellers an excellent base from which to explore beautiful Norfolk.
