Crestyl Cottage is a delightful self contained country cottage in Sarratt - providing the perfect place to relax, walk, cycle, birdwatch and fish for carp in our small private lake. We provide high end accommodation for 2 adults in an area which has plenty to offer in the heart of the stunning Chess Valley. Crestyl Cottage is a conversion of a redundant barn, originally used for watercress seed drying which has been converted into self catering holiday accommodation with wood fired hot tub.

The Ridgeway Lodge close to Ivinghoe Beacon

The Lodge is a separate building from the main house and has a private patio for relaxing in the sunshine or stargazing at night. The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The Forge, Adstock/Addington

The Forge is situated within the garden courtyard of the family home. The site was originally part of a stud farm, with the main house belonging to the manager and the Forge accommodated stallions and their mares. The property is independent from the main house with heating supplied from the separate boiler house, comprises a wonderful large beamed double bedroom with en-suite and a fine small kitchen/dining and living area which can accommodate two additional truckle beds on request.

The Barn is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The self contained accommodation consists of one double bed fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with seating area. It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.

A cosy double apartment based next to Dunstable Downs in a typical English country village. 1/2 a mile away from the local pub, 1.5 miles away from Whipsnade Zoo and tonnes of amazing walkways a stone throw away from the property. Securely placed in a gated area along with our two other properties. (24/7 CCTV) Spacious parking available. Comes with a shower. There is also no oven, however we do have an air fryer. Please message us before booking if your stay is over two weeks long.
