Suitable for one person or a couple, short or long stay, business or pleasure, this is the perfect location for a peaceful retreat whilst exploring many of the famous nearby tourist attractions.

South facing, quiet, cottage with exceptional views set in valley of "Outstanding natural beauty" close by "The Cotswold Way" and miles of wonderful walks from the doorstep. Light filled rooms are decorated with original paintings and textiles. There are 2 computer chairs, a good table for laptops & business connection wi fi in the cottage. Relax by the wood burning stove, sleep on a super king size antique brass bed. Private south facing small terrace & lawn which cannot be overlooked.

There is a woodburner in the lounge for those chilly winter nights. There is a private court yard where you can sit outside, listen and see the surrounding wildlife including Red Deer, Red Kites and Barn Owls to name a few . This cottage offers a luxury couples hideaway with magnificent surroundings views

Our stylish & cosy hideaway is the ultimate escape where you can re-wild yourself in acres of tranquility. Wander straight out the door onto the mountains taking in some breathtaking views. Return home to the sauna, soothe tired limbs & then relax by spinning some vinyl from the record collection, whilst the log burner crackles & the owls enthusiastically serenade as dusk sets in! (plus we now have an indoor padel ball court for you to exercise your inner Federer!!)

Woodcutters Cottage at Copthorne Farm

A luxury hideaway in the grounds of an old cider producing Herefordshire farmhouse, Woodcutters Cottage provides a great base to explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Wye Valley. Cheltenham Racecourse is within easy reach for the Festival in March as well as other festivals for the non-horsey throughout the year - jazz, science and literary. Hay festival is also close enough to use this gorgeous cottage as a base.

The property is newly built and finished to an excellent standard throughout, the house has the added benefit of off-street parking for two cars, underfloor heating, river views, two double bedrooms, a private rear garden and walking distance from the two village pubs. A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.

In 2012 Little Rock Barn was beautifully converted into a modern functional space, while retaining the character of the original dairy with vaulted ceilings and stone walls. Being located in the Wye Valley, this is an ideal place for those wishing to walk, cycle, canoe or just explore the hidden gems of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
