Guests can enjoy alpaca walks and farm tours at an extra cost. With glamping options including a treehouse, apple wagon and railway carriage, it allows larger families to stay together while enjoying their own private space.

Our Cosy cottage is located between the lovely market towns of Beccles Bungay & Halesworth. Quiet village with its historic church is Ideally situated and only 20 mins from the Suffolk coast, Norwich,Norfolk Broads and all the local attractions such as Lattitude, Snape Maltings, Aldburgh Carnival. We are 10 mins from St Peters Brewery also The raw milk shed is 10 mins away where Baron Bigod cheese is made, 2 mins on is The Norfolk and Suffolk Aviation museum. Sizewell is 20 miles from us.

You and your dog/s can enjoy a private enclosed meadow to sit and watch the wildlife fly over head. Dip your feet in the River Waveney situated alongside the dog friendly village pub, a mere 5 mins walk away or stroll along to the woods. Your young child/ren too can experience glamping, we can set up a chair bed with a mattress topper for a cosy stay. Den building in the meadow will be a delight as they embrace nature around them. Earsham Street, Bungay cottage

A cosy comfortable retreat (dogs welcome) in the charming historic town of Bungay. Situated on the popular Earsham Street, close to boutique shops, cafes and good walks including the angles way. Swimmers can enjoy several spots along the Waveney, Roger Deakin’s favourite - Bungay Beach. Bungay is located near to several other charming towns including Halesworth and Beccles, while the city of Norwich is 30 minutes drive - as are the beaches of Walberswick, Dunwich and Southwold

Adorable 1 bedroom annex in Flixton

Our annex is complete with spacious double bedroom, shower room, lounge & kitchenette. The Annex is located next to the Norfolk & Suffolk Avaition Museum and The Flixton Buck Inn (check online for openings). Flixton is a small rural village, 5 minutes to the historic town of Bungay, 20 minutes to the Norfolk Broads, 30 minutes to Southwold. 20 minutes to Norwich, 40 minutes to Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich. Our central location is perfect for holidaying in Norfolk or Suffolk.

Berry Farm Shepherd Hut #1

One of just two huts in a secluded spot where native woodland meets grazed meadow at Berry Farm, a co-operatively owned holding managed for wildlife habitat value and sustainable food production. The 12 volt lights and USB charging points are solar powered, the toilet is a composting 'tree bog' and the hot shower is in an outdoor cubicle. Come see the stars and enjoy the quiet in the knowledge that any profit from your stay helps us to meet our environmental aims.

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

INGLOSS-SKIES is a luxury one bedroom barn for 2 adults set in the Norfolk Countryside with far reaching 360 degree rural views. Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
