Private entrance, private parking inside of the property. Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, and two working desks if you need to work remotely. The apartment is located in a residential area, a very tranquil street with little traffic noise. Tennis court in front in the premises (need to check Covid19 limitations at time of check in). This apartment features 3 bedroom 2 bath overlooking Isla Verde's nightlife. Just a 10 min drive to the airport and located in the most touristy area in all Puerto Rico. The apartment is steps away from a Caridad Pharmacy, a parking garage, various restaurant chains and the beach is less than a three min walk. Power outages are common in PR because of the rebuilding of the electrical grid. NO refunds will be issued.

Our guests have the option of having a relaxing vacation, as well as a night out to have fun.
