Endless Ionian Breezes at a House on the Island of Ithaca

Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

Ionian island villa

This lovely four bedroom villa with breathtaking views over the Ionian Sea is located in the traditional village of Stavros, a hidden gem in northern Ithaca. A cool, comfortable and clean space with free wifi, two balconies and a big terrace. Here you live among olive tree hills and hiking trails – close to all attractions on the island. It's a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Ionian Sea, Polis Bay Beach, and the main square of Stavros with cafes, restaurants and markets.

The guest house is situated in the traditional village of Kioni, a hidden gem on Ithaca, which is well known to VIPs from the world of music & cinema! Your studio is a cool and comfortable space with nice sea view over Kioni bay. Only 5 mins walk to the beautiful port of Kioni and to many restaurants & bars. From its terrace you can enjoy amazing views of the Ionian sea, with its beautiful pristine sea & beaches. The terrace is SHARED with the studio next door, but each studio is independent.

Galazio - charming 2 bed Vathi town house & garden

Galazio is a gorgeous fully-renovated two double bedroom house in the heart of Ithaki's beautiful main town Vathi. Out of season, the town is chilled & relaxing, in season busy & vibrant with its restaurants, shops and bars all buzzing, & its harbour full of yachts. You choose which version of Vathi to enjoy according to the time of year, both are lovely! The harbour is just two minutes away from Galazio's garden gate. Or it has its peaceful terrace with sea view, where you'll want to linger.

Frikes Private Villa

Relaxing and spacious two storey house with a breathtaking panoramic sea /port view, within walking distance to the town center. Private entry +110 square meter space, a living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed, 1 with 1 single beds, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The house can accommodate up to five visitors. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the living room has air condition. Please enjoy your cocktail or dinner at the veranda under the moon.

Ploes Luxury Cottages “Meliti” overlooking the sea

Meliti is a one level cottage, consisting of 1 bedroom which sleeps 2 guests with an en-suite bathroom. It can accommodate 1 extra guest on the living room sofa bed, or maximum 2 kids. The house offers amazing sea views from all areas, especially the view from the bed will stay memorable. Relax in the cosy sitting room, prepare dinner or relax in the outside furniture enjoying total serenity, as well as the calming sound of the sea.

Panorama Apartments just outside the northern village of Kioni on Ithaca Island undoubtedly has one of the best sea and island views that the baysides of Ithaca have on offer. The apartments are set high on a forested hill overlooking Mavrona beaches. Panorama Apartments are in walking distance to the pristine beach which has a vineyard as a backdrop. The apartments are spacious and each has a large balcony with sea views.
