Spacious and Lovely One Bedroom

The historical brown stone building was beautifully renovated a few years ago. The ceiling is high up and the room is spacious that you feel great. The mattress is one of the most comfortable ones that you can sleep like a sleeping beauty. You feel refresh in this pleasant place after the touring or working in the busy city. I hope my guest(s) feel like home in my place. I am present in the home with my guest(s) and I am ready to help with questions about NYC; transportation and museums etc.

Located in historic brownstone, our spacious quiet two-bedroom apartment occupies an entire floor with private entrance, private backyard & host usually unseen. Enjoy newly renovated full kitchen and bathroom with W/D, or find your zen in the garden. Outside, you are merely steps to the Central Park, subway station to B/C trains, and short walk to many dining, cafe and shopping options. The Museum Mile is a walk through park and Lincoln Center is close by. Free WiFi, smart TV, heating & A/C.

1892 Brownstone on Landmarked Block

Stay in a beautifully restored brownstone near Central Park. We own and live on the lower two floors; guest rooms are on the third floor. THIS IS A SHARED ACCOMODATION. Guests are welcome to use our Kitchen, but there is a microwave and small fridge in the guest room. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and one small room with a twin bed. Please note that the small twin bedroom is accessed from the queen bedroom. One private bath shared by all three bedrooms. The floor is totally private.

5th floor walk up. Not a good apt for someone who can not handle exercise. If you’re looking for a sleek, minimalist hotel experience, this isn’t it. Your private room is cozy with fresh linens, comfortable bedding, and plenty of natural light. This is not a polished, empty space but a home filled with character, where every corner has a story. Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

Many restaurants, grocery stores and supermarkets. You have access to all parts of my apartment. You share kitchen and bathroom with me. My room is far away from your room. So, it feels like you are renting the entire apartment for a price of a room.

Private apartment in a house with dedicated entry, near NYC. Bus stop is on the corner, ferry is a 5 minute drive away. Plenty of food options within walking distance. The apartment is a 1 BR, living room, full kitchen, and renovated bathroom. There is free parking just send me details of the plate ahead of time. Quiet and safe FYI it is an urban area if driving in take into consideration parking is difficult at times

The Room is Gigantic, bigger than studio Apt in Manhattan. You have access to all parts of my Apt and Kitchen & bathroom shared with me. No Elevator.
