Garden home: self contained, nature, no clean fee

1 King bed, 1 double sofa bed all in an open plan living space with a small kitchen area. Separate shower room. The treehouse is currently out of bounds for safety reasons. We are very sorry for any disappointment. Strongly advised to arrive by car or taxi, especially at weekends. We have 14 acres of wood and the outhouse sits next to it. There are footpaths in the country from our doorstep. Oxford is 3.5 miles away. There is a risk of ticks due to the wildlife. Info sheet in property.

Oxford station is a picturesque and quick 5.6km cycle or hike away through the Oxfordshire countryside. Surrounded by beautiful trails plus some wonderful pubs to enjoy such as the Farmers Dog just 30 mins away. A cosy studio apartment in a converted barn just outside Oxford. The studio overlooks the garden and dreaming spires of Oxford can be seen from the balcony outside. Easy access to great walks and beautiful countryside, yet only a short bus ride ( 15/20 minutes depending on time of day ) to Oxford city centre. A lovey retreat to return to after a day of exploring the busy city and surrounding countryside. There is free off street parking. PLEASE PARK TO THE RIGHT AS YOU COME IN THE GATES.

Our Park & Ride is Redbridge - walkable to the apartment. Or park here and catch the 35 bus to the City, 5 mins walk to the stop. For earlier check-in /later check-out just ask. We do not accept children under 12 or pets.
