Set in the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands on a country small holding. A perfect rural escape with walks on the doorstep and just a few miles from the market town of Leek. Hideaway@MiddleFarm is a compact studio which comprises; ensuite bathroom (bath and shower), a double sized bed with comfortable mattress, TV, Wifi, fridge, microwave, small oven, toaster, kettle and folding dining table. Small external patio is available to the rear of the property with spectacular countryside views.

A hideaway space to truly savour the grounds of a converted chapel on the edge of the Peak District offering a peaceful and relaxing escape. Located in the picturesque area of Swythamley/Wincle surrounded by an abundance of wonderful places to visit, see and experience. The accommodation is an ensuite one roomed studio, sleeping up to 2, with a double sleigh bed and sofa, table and 2 chairs. There is a fridge and microwave available. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Enjoy vast countryside views, this holiday let is detached and adjacent to the owners’ farmhouse but with its own private garden, is within easy reach of a huge variety of visitor attractions on the borders of the Peak District National Park. Hollins Lane is easily accessible from the house, The beautiful Churnet Valley, with steam trains, wildlife reserves are close by, Within 10 miles are Alton Towers, Splash Landings, Waterworld, Trentham Gardens, Monkey Forest and pottery museums.

The Cabin : Basic Walker Retreat, Outdoor Shower

The Cabin is a rustic, back to basics stay in a beautiful & rural location. The Cabin has a loo and handwashing facilities inside and there is an outdoor camping shower available for those brave enough! The Cabin has beautiful countryside surrounding it and footpaths and walks aplenty! If you are looking for a quiet back to basics getaway it could be perfect but please do look at the pictures & read the description carefully especially re our rural location and bumpy farm track!

The Gate House, Wetton. Great base for exploring.

Charming, cosy stone cottage on the outskirts of Wetton, adjacent to a pre 1700 farmhouse. Lovely views of surrounding countryside. Great base for exploring this beautiful part of the White Peak, very popular with walkers and cyclists. Ideal for couples or single guests. Has a galleried double bedroom with shower and toilet. Downstairs there is an open plan sitting/diner with kitchen area. Featuring beamed ceilings. Small south facing sitting out area and off road parking.

Swallow Barn is a special find offering comfort, peace & quite and great facilities. Tucked away in the unspoilt village of Butterton it’s surrounded by beautiful walking & cycling routes, including Thors Cave. After a day exploring you can relax in the sauna, have a home cooked evening meal delivered or visit the traditional village pub. With an on-site gym, 4 acres perfect for dogs, the summer gin shed & great views over the village you’ll find it hard to leave.

Beautiful secluded romantic lake house retreat

Located right on the water's edge of Rudyard Lake in a conservation area of the Staffordshire Moorlands, this bespoke boathouse conversion is an ideal romantic break for 2 in a very beautiful, quiet setting surrounded by woodland with perfect views up and down the lake. Although we can accommodate 4 in total, Inglenook boathouse is most suited for couples. The sofa bed is comfortable for up to two children but not suitable for two adults.
