Our little house is cozy and ideal to enjoy life in a small beach town. It is located in the center of Vilanova a few minutes from the promenade, the train station. Supermarkets, stores and restaurants nearby and 15 minutes walk from the beach. It has a living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two overlooking the garden and another is inside but all are well ventilated and rests very well in them), bathroom, laundry room, toilet, terrace, parking and private garden.

The apartment is in the historical center of Vilanova y la Geltrú, 5 minutes walking from the pleasant beaches and only 40 minutes by train from Barcelona center. Gracias al anterior habitante de la casa, un entrañable inglés, hemos podido hacer realidad nuestro proyecto: una antigua casa rehabilitada con encanto: una de las casas más antiguas de la población que hemos rehabilitado personalmente con mucho cariño y en la que hemos intentado mantener los elementos originales (vigas de madera, escalera, arco de piedra) sin perder nada de comodidad. Su color blanco invita a la tranquilidad y te recuerda lo cerca del mar que está.

Luminoso apartamento en el centro de Vilanova. Casa de mediados del siglo XIX recientemente reformada con un estilo sencillo y moderno. El espacio es muy sugerente ya que hay diferentes texturas, diferentes alturas y materiales, tanto modernos como antiguos. El apartamento consta de un espacio diáfano donde encontramos una sala con cocina y sala de estar y un espacio para el dormitorio. El cuarto de baño es la única parte del apartamento que está cerrada.

En Vilanova i la Geltrú tenemos kilómetros de playas, un centro repleto de tiendas y con todos los servicios, museos, buena gastronomía nacional e internacional, y también naturaleza.

Dispone de un salón comedor y una habitación totalmente equipados para relajarse delante del mar. Gran paseo marítimo de 15 km. para pasear, hacer running, ir en bicicleta, disfrutar de restaurantes... Solo para uno o dos viajeros adultos.
