Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Ash Cottage, 2 bedroom barn conversion

Ash Cottage sleeps 4 people across 2 bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. It has an entrance lobby with a cloakroom, an open plan sitting room come dining room with separate kitchen. There are a few steps up, leading to a spacious twin bedroom, the en-suite includes a bath/shower unit. Also leading off from the sitting room, down a few steps down, is the other spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, also with a bath/shower unit. Ash Cottage also has a small pretty garden.

Byre Cottage is in the heart of Exmoor, whilst Dulverton is only a 5 min drive.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

During June, July and August, there is access to an outdoor pool, with deck, sunloungers and dining table.
