When you book the room specify the exact number of guests & please provide me a photo of you for a recognition on arrival. NO LAUNDRY ALLOWED. Breakfast facilities are available in the room. Located in a quiet neighbourhood. A nice clean bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed, with a wardrobe, TV cabinet , 2 bedsize tables, chair, a mirror, a desk and a small fridge, shared bathroom. Minumum stay 2 nights. Check in from 2pm to 9pm - NO LATER . Check out by 10.00am. I am in ULTRA LOW EMMISION ZON

Whole top floor, two ensuite bedrooms & Breakfast.

Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

Retreat to this oasis of calm in leafy Crouch End after a hectic day in London. Beautiful newly renovated suite on the top floor of a Victorian house. Main bedroom has a queen size bed and patio. Separate sitting room with views of Alexandra Palace and a concealed king bed. Would suit two couples travelling together, two singles or a small family. Private bathroom and kitchen. Easy access to Finsbury Park with its excellent transport links all across London. Very experienced host as well!

Cozy room in a charming home for a single person travelling on a budget. Explore this fabulous city from Hendon, in zone 3, with only 15 minutes tube journey to Trafalgar Square, and less than 20 minutes by train to St Paul's Cathedral and the City of London. The British Library is only 15 minutes by train and the British Museum is within walking distance of London St Pancras station (15 minutes journey from Hendon Thameslink station) Wembley stadium is only 15 minutes bus drive.

I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.

Lovely double room near centre & tasty breakfast

Our guests love the room as it is cheerful and warm. There is a lovely garden at the back of the flat which you are welcome to use. The flat is well located for public transport into central London (10 minutes by tube to Euston and Kings Cross ), there is a train straight to Stansted from Tottenham Hale (35 mins) and Liverpool Street(12 mins)We are a multi cultural couple. My husbands is Cuban and I am Scottish. We speak English, French and Spanish.

Lovely room with ensuite near Finsbury Park

Great location near centre with excellent transport nearby. Our double-bedded room with own ensuite bathroom is very comfortable, fully-equipped and private for 1 or 2 people. If you are 3 or 4 people we've a second double-bedded room next to it at extra cost. Contact me before requesting a booking if you need the two rooms. Eight minutes walk to Manor House tube (Piccadilly Line) and near buses. Please note: No kitchen access except breakfast.

Best B&B on Central Line near City with parking

Our house is 5 mins walk on the main street that leads to Leytonstone tube station–(zone 3). The Central Line, will take you to Liverpool Street (heart of financial district "The City") in under 15 minutes. Central Line is now scheduled to run all night on Friday & Saturdays. The price also includes breakfast - Please see below for details. West Ham Stadium. UAL London college of fashion, V&A Stratford & UCL Stratford are all nearby.

We are situated literally at the foot of Alexandra Palace Park that boasts one of the best views of London, and 20 minutes overground train (Alexandra Palace) from the centre. The newly refurbished room now with an en-suite shower and toilet, overlooks our tropical garden featured on the BBC. We also have an additional single room that can be rented out with sole use of our larger shower room. Continental breakfast is included.
