The accommodation is a perfect place to lay your head for a weekend, a work trip or accommodation around a wedding or event. There’s no kitchen although tea and coffee are provided and the nearby Caterham Cafe does a great breakfast! Costa, Cafe Nero and restaurants are also moments away.

The room has it's own entrance door. It has a double Queen size bed, shower room and kitchen area (tea, coffee, cereal etc supplied) with fridge, microwave and single induction hob. There is a sofa, TV & table with two chairs. Our home is about a 15 minute walk to Claygate station. Trains direct to London Waterloo (35 mins) and Guildford. Claygate has local shops and a CoOp, several pubs and restaurants and we are close to a bus stop with a frequent bus service to Kingston for major shops.

Located in beautiful wooded area on outskirts of London: 20 minutes by train to London Bridge. Chislehurst station 7 minutes walk, or 2 minutes bus ride. Near the station are Chislehurst caves, restored historic monument & tourist attraction from war time use as a bomb shelter. Around the flat there are beautiful walks , runs & cycling in Petts Wood. House has quiet garden.

Guests can enjoy complete privacy during their stay, while we live in separate on-site accommodation should you have questions. Parties and gatherings are not permitted.

We are only a very short walk (5 mins) from the main entrance of the All England Club (which can be seen from the property), the Wimbledon Club, Wimbledon Park and Wimbledon Common. The studio overlooks our mature garden & patio which guests are welcome to use and enjoy during their stay. Please note: there is no parking available during the tennis championships
