Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

It`s extremely green with ground source heating, sits in the grounds of Orchard Cottage/Orchard Nursery with a paddock & small terrace garden. The apartment has its own private entrance, open plan living-dining-kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, one is a double bed & one is adult bunk beds. Bathroom has a walk in shower. Church Steps Luxury Thatched Cottage in Ebrington

Church Steps is a cosy thatched cottage in the pretty Cotswold village of Ebrington. A light and airy cottage with an abundance of character and a lovely private south facing garden for alfresco eating. The cottage has been recently renovated and is very well equipped. A few steps away is "The Ebrington Arms" voted best village pub (TheTimes). There is a well stocked farm and coffee shop in the village, Hidcote and Kiftsgate gardens are nearby, and there are numerous delightful walks locally.

The room benefits from a beamed vaulted ceiling, oak floor, new bed and bedding and has a high quality stylish bathroom with robes and toiletries included. A small kitchen area with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle toaster etc stocked with breakfast basics and home made bread allows for total independence. Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

We are south of Stratford upon Avon on the B4632 main road close to Mickleton and Chipping Campden.
