Located in the grounds of our smallholding and surrounded by fantastic hikes, cycles and trails, the cabin provides a secret haven only 45 minutes away from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth.

The perfect place to relax after a day in the hills or the surrounding area. The Pentland Cosy nestles at the foot of the Pentland hills regional park. A self-contained one-bedroom lodge, the Cosy is tucked away a few metres from waymarked walks. Available all year round it’s ideal for walkers and lovers of the great outdoors. Bring boots or bikes and head off from your own door. We’re situated close to the A702 making us a convenient stop over if you’re traveling up or down the country.

'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. Although small, The Howff is warm and cosy and makes a perfect retreat. Please note for ONE only.

Chill Rose - Individually designed comfy cabins

Bright, warm and individually themed holiday cabins (4) situated in private gardens on the outskirts of Pencaitland, East Lothian. Ideally located on the Railway walk and cycle route 196 to Glenkinchie Distillery , Carberry, Penicuik and surrounding areas. Super comfortable beds with lovely bed linen, comfy sofa bed, en-suite shower room, fridge, kettle, crockery, table and chairs and covered seating area to enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather. All with BBQ/Fire pit.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Bramble Cottage offers couples peace and tranquility in a five star property with lots of luxurious touches. Whilst having a rural location within the heart of the East Lothian county there is easy access to villages and towns, beaches & countryside. Our location is unique – 15 mins direct train journey in to Edinburgh City Centre and then return to the peace and tranquillity of Bramble! Up to 2 well behaved dogs accepted. A car is recommended due to the semi-rural location.

The Woodland Cabin is set on the edge of a forest near the beautiful small village of Abbey St Bathans, just 1 hour south of Edinburgh. Come and relax in the woods with a book or grab your hiking boots or bikes and explore the surrounding countryside. We're a 20 minute drive from the coast which has stunning cliff top walks and beautiful little bays and fishing villages. Sleeping up to 2 people on a double in a mezzanine level. Our small working farm is located just off the A91 Cupar road, on the outskirts of historic Auchtermuchty.
