Relax with family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Our 2 bedroom holiday home is located in beautiful northern Herefordshire, near the border with Shropshire. We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

Tawny Owl Barn

Tawny Owl Barn is a 200-year-old, grade 2 listed, tastefully converted barn in the village of Leintwardine. A large garden is available for our guests which has a wildlife pond and waterfall and another barn with an open fire available for sitting around. Rooms are spacious, well furnished, and well-equipped. There is a large kitchen/diner and lounge plus two bedrooms with en-suites. A large lounge settee can also be used as a double bed. There are two pubs and shop within walking distance.

The Cottage is located in Richards Castle 3 miles from Ludlow regarded as one of the top destinations in England. Spectacular views over the valley and up to Mortimer Forest. A private retreat in North Herefordshire. Cosy with all modern facilities, ideally suited to a couple looking for a retreat close to Ludlow and its wide range of entertainment and places to visit. We charge separately for 1 child up to 12 and 1 Pet . Close to many places to visit, relaxing and enjoying rural life.
