Sea Dwellers Rest, is a terraced house located 200 metres from beautiful, award winning Blue flag South Beach of Lowestoft. Spread over two floors with calming and comfortable interiors and contemporary styling, it can accommodate 4 people. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and a cinema. There is free parking along Clifton Road and other surrounding streets. Perfect for a quick weekend away, a sea side holiday with family, working remotely or contractors working in the area.

The Boathouse is a single story building in a contemporary design, close to the main house with a shared garden going down to the waterside of Oulton Broad. Oulton Broad, has a variety of places to eat, a museum in the park and boat trips. Carlton Marshes is a stunning nature reserve and cafe. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

The Overlook is a first-floor apartment in a beautiful Victorian property directly opposite the beach in the Kirkley area of Lowestoft in Suffolk. This newly refurbished 2 bedroom property is a perfect retreat for families or groups of friends, offering a balcony and stunning views of our blue flag beach. Lowestoft is the most eastern part of the United Kingdom and offers plenty of things to do locally as well as a convenient base to explore the beautiful scenery of Suffolk and Norfolk.

Situated on the stunning Suffolk Heritage Coast twenty minutes from Southwold. You’ll love the stylish interior, super comfy beds, outside space and the location - perfect for exploring the Suffolk countryside and seaside. Dog and child friendly. WiFi and on street parking.

Crown Cove House is a newly refurbished annexe in historic beachfront detached Victorian home, just 50m from the beach, tennis courts, Kensington Gardens and a lovely beach cafe. - Murphy Bed - 50” smart tv with Netflix, Disney Plus etc. - outdoor area with bistro table - Newly fitted kitchen & bathroom Suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 small children. No groups. The rest of the house is our family home, we live on site and will be available to help (unless we’re at the beach!)

Hot tub & Sauna Coastal Getaway in Lowestoft

Based in Lowestoft, Suffolk, this seasonal static caravan is the perfect getaway for couples, families and solo travellers. This tiny home has recently been upgraded with a sauna and a whirlpool bath/hot tub complimented with an LED rainfall shower and of course has all the comforts of a double bed, a smart TV, a spacious open dining and sitting areas, and a large decking area for relaxing. Please note this still a small space and access to the whirlpool bath can be tricky.

Beautiful big studio in ex theatre - own entrance

This large studio has its own private corridor and bathroom, accessed by its own entrance in a newly converted Grade 2 listed ex theatre. With tv area, dining area, bedroom area and kitchenette area (fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle) it makes a compact base for exploring Suffolk and the Norfolk Broads. Located in the old town centre, 5 minute walk from the high street, and 15 minutes walk from the station and beach. Sorry - not suitable for children under 8 years.

The Folly

We would like to welcome you to The Folly, your cosy woodland retreat away from the stresses and strain of modern life. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of a Tawny owl as you fall asleep. Please be aware in the summer months the local amusement park is open and may be heard during the day.

Relax in your private garden with seating and a Lay-Z-Spa (Toronto) hot tub. Includes private parking for up to 2 cars. Pet friendly (£10 fee). A travel cot & small camp bed are available on request.
