Beach Bungalo - Small House , Big Welcome! Cheerful, comfortable and throughly cleaned. 5-10 minute walk to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Healthy salt air and ocean frolics await. Off-street parking (4 cars), high speed wifi, Firestick TV. Great location - walk to BYOB Boat-to-Plate restaurants - easy breezy. Price is for 2 guests, additional guests $40 extra/person/night. Linens & towels included. Snow: we provide shovels/snow melt, we do our best to come shovel but can’t guarantee it.

Steps to the beach, Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, aquarium, restaurants, and family attractions. We own five (5) other condos in the building if you need more space for family or friends. Includes one (1) parking spot; an extra spot may be rented for $50/night if available. Two adult beach badges are provided; additional passes can be purchased at the beach.

Please note: 7-day minimum during summer season and 30-day minimum during off-season (winter) due to new city ordinance! Cozy family bungalow on a private walkway just steps from the boardwalk and beach! Stay includes access to one reserved parking spot (three blocks away from the house) and two prepaid beach passes. Walkable to all boardwalk attractions. Great place to bring the kids or as a couples' getaway.

Each of the three bedrooms has brand new queen size beds and all 2.5 bathrooms are brand new as is the kitchen and everything else in this gourgous victotian home with lots of outdoor space including front wrap around pouches and large private backyard with gardens . All this just three houses off the heart of Downtown Manasquan. Only dogs under 20 pounds and they have to be non-shedding and well trained.
