Wake to birdsong and enjoy lazy morning coffee in your private garden before wandering the canal towpath or exploring independent cafes, shops and countryside pubs nearby. As evening falls, light the BBQ fire pit, pour a drink and watch the stars appear through the skylight above your bed. Dog friendly! (Starlink internet if you choose to stay connected to the world).

Countryside Lodge close to Stonehenge & Salisbury

Relax with family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Close to Stonehenge, Salisbury, Bath and Marlborough. The Lodge is a welcoming countryside home, offering space for up-to six adults. There are two bedrooms, a large sofa bed in the lounge, full kitchen and bathroom as well as inside and outside dining areas. There are great transport links to nearby towns and the lovely Wiltshire countryside, and plenty to do in the immediate area, as well as two great pubs in walking distance!

The Pigsty

Situated in the small village of Wilcot 1.8 miles from Pewsey known for one of Wiltshires smallest white horses on Pewsey hill, Bumbles cabin is less than 2 minutes walk to the Kennet and Avon canal, along with many beautiful countryside walks surrounding the village. 5 Minutes walk to the local public house, The golden swan said to be the steepest thatch in Wiltshire! 20 mins to west kennet, 20 mins to Devizes, 14 mins to Marlborough, 14 mins to Avebury stone and 30 mins to Stonehenge.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Enjoy a relaxing break in the heart of the beautiful Pewsey Vale. The Little Forge is set on a quiet lane at the edge of the friendly village of Pewsey, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Enjoy countryside walks in the beautiful surroundings or explore the mystical Avebury, the market town of Marlborough or the pretty villages along the Kennet and Avon Canal. At the end of the day cozy up in front of the log burner or spend the evening in one of the local pubs or restaurants.

Fully central heated There is a very comfy double Hypnos bed with crisp white linen and fluffy towel. The wet room has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. This studio loft has been recently refurbished with a stylish yet cosy feel. A perfect retreat with lots of creature comforts to make it the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Perfect for walkers, cyclists or a romantic getaway. Although attached to our house it is completely self contained with a separate entrance and ample parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome but we do ask that they are kept on leads. We have a secure location available for bicycles.
