This quiet, updated farmhouse is located one mile from 275 and I 75 in Palmetto. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed , the second with a full size bed, and the third with two twin beds. Bathroom #1 has a shower and Bath #2 has a bathtub but does not have a shower head. A portion of the yard is fenced in for pets and provides an open space. The house utilizes a treated well and provides water cooler for drinking. There is a covered carport for vehicle and patio area with table.

Perfect place to put your feet up and relax! One of four units in the condo gives your getaway a private feeling where you don't share the heated pool with many others, on a dead end road. The only unit overlooking the pool from the master bedroom. You'll be just one block from the beach making it tempting to go multiple times a day!
