Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

Tucked away behind the High Street in a quiet spot yet next to a lovely bar and bistro (Morleys) and within a 5 minute walk of several more pubs, shops and restaurants. With easy access to the South Downs national park, Hickstead (3 miles) and Hassocks station (2 miles) for Brighton and London. Gatwick is 20 mins away. The Barn features a luxury shower/wet room, fully equipped kitchen with the basics to make breakfast and a pull down double bed. For families there is a sofa bed that folds down into a 5' double bed. In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.

The Old Barn is a beautiful new 3 Bay Barn, that is set in 4 acres of land, looking out over the beautiful Surrey/West Sussex countryside. It is set away from the main house, accessed through large wooden gates and sits in an enviable position. The Old Barn can sleep 4 as we have a sofa bed, but it comfortably sleeps 2, we have decorated it to a high standard and catered for all needs. There is a wooden terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the views.

Huge loft style Kentish roundel conversion. Situated on a farm set back from the road it is beautifully peaceful, with circular jacuzzi bath, projector, screen, all mod cons. Amazing walks & pubs from the doorstep, perfect for a country retreat, yet only 30 miles from London. Huge King size circular bed. Reynolds spa is 15 mins away. The house recently featured in Mr Bates v The Post Office, & the roundel was the actors green room.
