Quaint Converted Barn

Terrific space with loads of light and openness. Overlooking golf course, hayloft converted into king bed with twin bunks in office nook and 1.5 baths. It's the perfect place to get away from it all. Barn converted into residence. Comfy, quiet and serene. First level has living room, dining room and a half bath with a spiral to the hayloft which is open to below and divided by closets that create the office nook but permit light over them. The barn is open, only the bathrooms have doors.

Peaceful and relaxing condo on the bay. Great for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. Just a short walk to the beach, playground, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

My place is close to major highways and shopping, 10 minutes from DIGGERLAND. 30 minutes to Philadelphia Convention Center. Atlantic City - 1 hour away. Neighboring towns are Medford, Mt. Laurel, Cherry Hill and Voorhees. Our house is in a residential neighborhood. It has a large fenced in back yard with an inground pool. There are 4 bedrooms: 1 queen bed master, 1 full bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen. Owner onsite in private inlaw suite, from main home.
