Restored Pump House on Country Estate

The Pump House is situated on a working estate in West Sussex. Formerly the Pump House to an old manor house, it has just been transformed in to a luxury 2 bedroom holiday cottage with an additional sleeping loft. It's the perfect romantic getaway or family bolthole. Every effort has been made to maintain the original character of the building by using reclaimed and sustainably sourced materials and local craftsmen. Located at the end of a private drive, the Pump House is a home away from home.

The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

The Drey, a pretty cabin in Surrey Hills AONB.

A luxurious, comfortable cabin under a mature oak tree at the bottom of a country garden. Wake up to wildlife on the terrace, watch the sunset by the fire, and fall asleep under star filled skies. Enjoy the BBQ or walk across the road to the cosy pub with fantastic food. Perfect for a romantic stay for two, or up to four guests with the very comfortable sofa bed. In the year of the horse, a chance to stay in a self-contained cottage, on a horsey farm between the Surrey Hills and Epsom downs. The perfect place to relax and get in touch with nature. The accommodation is a self-contained stable conversion which you have all to yourselves, accessed from a small quiet stable yard. A lounge, small kitchen, downstairs bedroom, upstairs an open plan bedroom leading to the bathroom. Bathroom only accessed via upstairs bedroom.
